MULTIPLE UAN and EPS Transfer Issue - Do I need to download the scheme certificate and submit it to my current employer?

I have worked for a company for 9 months and after that had gone for Study. Started job again in 2013 with a new UAN and PF. Now i got PF transferred from old to new. Since the new organization is exempted. I am not sure EPS transferred or not. But my Service is not populating in the current UAN. It populates in old UAN.

Please suggest solution:-

Do i need to download the scheme certificate and submit it to my current employer?
Do I need to apply for EPS withdrawal?
Is there a procedure to Merge the 2 UAN?---When I do a transfer request it is rejected at the field office stating already settled.

Your EPF & EPS amount already transferred, Transferred EPF amount will show in passbook but EPS amount will not show but it is already transferred. No requirement to get scheme certificate.
