Formulate a travel policy with a reimbursement policy - Per Diem Allowance Policy

Hi, I am from an E-Commerce company and need to formulate a travel policy with a reimbursement policy including Per Diem allowance.
Can somebody from the group help me in formulating it?

You may not find exactly what you want but there is plenty of material there for you to read and can be adapted to meet the specific needs of YOUR organisation. Every organisation has different requirements and one size does not fit all. Formulating the policy yourself is a learning experience and developing a successful policy yourself gives you an achievement to add to your CV.
