First of all comply with all the shortcomings, point by point. They are not complicated at all. Then prepare a compliance report and meet the Labour Inspector properly. Pl consult an advocate practicing regularly in the labour side, if needed.

Dear Mr Rashid Ali and All CiteHR Members,

It is generally seen that CiteHR members do not post relevant details while posting their query on the forum which therefore does not enable CiteHR experts to offer adequate and appropriate comments. In the above question Mr Rashid Ali has not indicated relevant details of the notice received by him, however he has attached an unsigned paper the contents of which are too dim at places to read. Further it has not been indicated for what type of industry/work/contracts the question has been asked for.

2. However, I really appreciate KK!HR that he has given a broad outlook as to how the notice is to be replied. There is nothing to fear, as advised by KK!HR, as compliance with the rules is very comfortable.

3. Following information is relevant to offer appropriate advice:
(a) Nature of business/contracts of the company,
(b) Number of workers alongwith their designation/post and remuneration being paid at present and the place of their deployement,
(c) Since when the company is in operation.
(d) Details of contracts awarded to the company for execution.

4. For customized reply to the notice, Mr Rashid Ali may send request individually.

With regards and good wishes to all CiteHR Experts and members.

Dear OP, My organization had received a notice in 2018, almost similar to the one you have received, and we made a point by point reply with proofs attached.

Two cardinal mistakes must be avoided in making the reply
(i) Do not make a wishy-washy reply
(ii) Do not make the reply without actually liquidating the observations, the inspectors can return to check implementation once they receive your reply.

The reply that I had made to the notice we received is attached (company info has been redacted) for whatever it is worth.

Regards
Arun
