In the state of Haryana Punjab Shops & Commercial Establishments Act is applicable & under this Act we are not to send any annual return to any of the Authority. Under this Act whenever any change took place in particulars of RC then we are to have updated RC. As far as other enactments are concerned such as Minimum Wages Act, 1948, Payment of Wages Act, 1936 we are required to send annual returns even if only one employee is employed by the employer to the Labour Commissioner, Haryana while on the other side we are to see the applicability of other enactments considering the no. of employees. Different dates are prescribed for submission of these returns under the applicable Rules. At present Govt. is pressing hard to submit these applicable returns by online system. Now if you are covered under S&E Act then utilize the labour department, Haryana website & submit all these returns keeping in view the applicability of the various labour laws wherein we are required to submit these reports/returns. POSH Act report is to be submitted in Hard copy to the District Officer of the District. In Haryana all DCs are declared as District Officer under this Act. No date is prescribed under this Act. In general we use to submit this report by 31st January every year. As per District Officer, Gurugram we are to submit this report by 30th of April. Integrated returns can be submitted by 1st February every year.
