Draft for permanent work from home HR policy to be implemented

Good Morning team, As I am working as Asst Manager-HR, in a co-operate firm, as we are following work from home option partially to some of the employees, who work outstation and due to covid situation, now some of the employees are requesting for the permanent work from home option,

Can anyone suggest or share the draft for permanent work from home HR policy to be implemented.

Whether or not to allow the employees to work from home permanently will depend on the nature of the business of your company. It will also depend on the designation of the employee or the nature of the work.

We the members of this forum are outsiders and cannot give the comments on your requirement.
