You can have your regional SPOCs who can collect leave and attendance and share it with you. We have a biometric or online HR portal to support these kinds of needs.
Logging into the system where the system tracks their work time and performance as well as the time of their logging out. This whole system can keep their attendance in check. Also, they cannot work unless they log in because the dashboard will provide them with the task. Such systems are costly to acquire but fruitful in the long run.
