Salary Structure and breakup (entire 10,000 should be available) - Less than 10 Employee

Hi, I am preparing a salary structure for a monthly salary of INR 10,000. Please help me with the salary structure and breakup. At this time, since the number of employees is less than 10, I don't have PF and ESIC registration, and hence the entire 10,000 should be available for payment to the employee. Also, since the pay is INR 10,000 and it is a female candidate, professional tax will also not be applicable. Please help.

It appears that you will pay minimum wages to the employee. When the employer pays the minimum wages, the break up of the wages does not matter. However, the question that arises is whether you are complying with the minimum wages of Maharashtra.
