Emerging New HR/IR/Welfare Policies
Since the last COVID situation to the current one, many companies are considering revising, updating, and revalidating their various HR policies and practices. In many industries, structures and approaches might have also changed.
Let us initiate our knowledge and experience sharing on this by discussing any changes that might have been implemented in respective industries, sectors, regions, or groups, along with their experiences, initiatives, and approaches.
I have observed, for example:
a. Improved and personalized communications
b. A focus on wellness programs rather than only annual medical exams
c. An emphasis on FTE and its introduction in their respective standing orders, etc.
I request elite members to shed more light and provide inputs.
