Registration under ARBY scheme in March 2021 - if it is possible for us to register now and whether the retrospective benefit�will be available?

While going through one of your articles on ABRY I noted that the�scheme was valid till Jun 2021. My company is not registered under the scheme yet however we meet all criteria under the scheme. We've also paid all liabilities for a period up to Feb 2021.
Could somebody please advise if it is possible for us to register now and whether the retrospective benefit�will be available?
