I am looking for expansion in the US and Canada. Currently, we are serving clients in PAN India. I need details on how I can start a US IT staffing business? What all legal formalities required if our company is registered in India and we want to work in the US/ Canada.

If you want to acquire clients in the US and Canada you need to inform clients about your capabilities of sourcing candidates from their market in principle. Alternatively there are companies already working with US and Canada clients who require sourcing vendors and you may get in touch with them too.
