Gratuity - working for an Enterprise for 7 years 2 months - 32000 and with a deduction of 28900. Basic is 12000

Dear Team, I am working for an Enterprise for 7 years 2 months. I am the second person who will get the gratuity. For the first employee who opted they did some wrong calculations and gave a small amount. Mine is 32000 and with a deduction of 28900. Basic is 12000. Kindly let me know how much I am eligible for.
