Applied/ Practical HR courses - didn't get hands-on training or exposure to manpower planning, budgeting, and PMS

Hi, I'm an Asst. Manager HR with 7 years experience as an HR generalist, I have self learned the HR processes and adept at it now.
But still didn't get hands-on training or exposure to manpower planning, budgeting, and PMS and have missed good opportunities due to this.
Can you recommend good applied HR courses or practical courses on this?
