Preparing for a Training Interview: What Questions Should I Expect and How to Answer Them?

mohammed-shahrukh-kamal
I would like to know the kind of questions I will be asked. A few pointers that I could think of are:

What is throughput?
How do you calculate this?

How do you handle a trainee who is not very interested?

How do you catch the attention of the audience?

What are the kinds of reports a trainer should work on?

What are the points you need to keep in mind while interacting with the client?

How will you conduct the refreshers?

What are the KRAs of the trainer?

Could you please help me with the above questions?

Dear Mohammed-Shahrukh-Kamal, you have raised a query on employee training, but you have not provided complete information. Please confirm the type of job you will be handling, the nature of the industry, the finished product/service, and whether you will be joining a training company. Without this information, it will not be possible to provide answers to your questions. Although you have posed several questions, they are all assumptions. Therefore, I will refrain from responding to them.

I have provided detailed responses on the topic of employee training previously. You may refer to my latest response by following the link below:
