EPF - can we get notification of the abolition for the form 23 or any alternate forms are there against form 23?

As Form 23 is not generating in the EPF portal, can we get a notification of the abolition for Form 23 or if there are any alternate forms available against Form 23? Please do help.

Form 23 EPF or account slip is an outdated system, as now the employee gets his passbook on a missed call. Most SROs upload the form 23 after the interest calculation and credit, but at regional offices, it is delayed. The main reason behind this is the non-contributing establishments, which make the task force stuck in the process.

However, if any establishment needs form 23, they may write to RO/SRO, and they instruct their staff to upload the same on a priority basis.
