Mail salary slip to the employees in their personal mail - what should be the mail format for issuing salary slip?

Greetings of the day to you All !!
I'm working in HR department and this is my first job. I have to mail salary slip to the employees in their personal mail what should be the mail format for issuing salary slip.

Salary slips are generated in document file, saved as pdf and supposed to be sent as attachment in mails.
if we go to prepare mail for each employee separate way, it would be stack pile of task, more loading than salary calculation sheet as every line will differ for each employee
for SMEs, they take HR solutions like grayhr or webhr and upload their data there, employees download and print their own records

hi,

let me understand what is the number of employees work with you now. if it is not a bigger number, you cand do the mail merge and get individual payslip and then share respective sheet to each employee. as cited above, if the number of employees are higher, better u can afford the cost of hiring an HRMS.
