Without company or firm can a single member can self-deposit PF contribution in department?

A single member can self-deposit PF contribution in department. If a member's gross salary is more than 20 thousand.

Under epf act,an establushment is required to get registered as employer.
Where in the employer is supposed to 12% employee contribution and 1 % admin charges. And employee contribution will be 12%.
Max limit on epf is 15 K.

Hello Sanjeev,
What you mean to say 'single member', is't only one employee? What's it your firm is doing, a shop or a consultant firm? There is no provision to deposit EPF Contributions to the EPF without registering the firm/employer under the EPF Act
