Advise on short term HR course after completion of MBA(HR) - if its really necessary to do some course from tier 1 institute?

Hi, I have completed MBA (HR) & have approx. 5 yrs of experience in HR / Admin profile. I have been thinking to enroll myself in short-term HR course which shall re-boost my career. Please also advise if its really necessary to do some course from tier 1 institute?
P.S. - I am not looking of any crash course which many institutes nowadays are offering.
