Advise on short term HR course after completion of MBA(HR) - if its really necessary to do some course from tier 1 institute?

Hi, I have completed MBA (HR) and have approximately 5 years of experience in HR/Admin profile. I have been thinking of enrolling myself in a short-term HR course that will re-boost my career. Please also advise if it's really necessary to do a course from a tier 1 institute?

P.S. - I am not looking for any crash course, which many institutes nowadays are offering.
