MA political science student can also apply as HR admin. without having management degree?

I have just completed my MA in Political Science program. Can I apply for an HR admin position without having a management degree?

MA in Political Science is not the required qualification for an HR Executive. The two streams are quite different from each other.

For an Admin profile, it will be okay, but for an HR profile, you have to pursue other degrees related to HR/Personnel management. It also enhances your career after some years when you want to transition into HR. So, it's better to obtain a degree in HR/Personnel management, etc.
