Hi All, I am the HR lead for an FMCG (organic food) start-up in Mumbai. I am seeking help in setting up HR policies (for corporate operations & plant operations) so if someone can help me gather some strong relevant information or maybe have a policy manual or handbook readily available. Please help.

Dear Saumil, Setting up HR policies is a job. You need to hire an expert. Please don't go for copy paste as being done in many companies. You may find some policies on this forum and also on google search.
