This is in fact not a process that can be explained in a short note. It starts with the requirement being passed on to the recruiter, using sources such as referrals and consultants for sourcing candidates, coordinating between the candidates and the interview panel and finally after selection of the candidate working on the salary fitment and offer letter roll out as well as interacting with the client or the onboarding team.
Again it depends on whether the recruiter works with a consultancy or in a client company. Here again there can be variations in the process.
One of the best methods to get an idea of the internal process is to post your resume in the portal and when a recruiter calls up to discuss the process in line with the procedures applicable for you.
