One of our employees, who has been working from October to March, has actually worked for more than 90 days. However, due to a clerical mistake, his contribution is currently showing only 63 days. We need to rectify this error and accurately reflect his increased number of working days. Can you please advise on the correct procedure to update his present days? Your assistance in this matter would be greatly appreciated.

Dear Sachin-Kumar1,

It seems your query is on ESI. You made a mistake in the number of days while submitting the contribution history, and you want to rectify it. The mistake you made is in the contribution period Oct 19 - Mar 20. The contribution period is over, and the Return of Contribution due date is also over.

You have no other option but to approach the ESI: RO with a request to rectify the same. It all depends upon the officer whether to accept your request or not. It all depends upon how you deal with this matter with the officer.
