Father's PF in which the nominee was my mother - and both have expired - am I entitled and what documents submit to PF office?

Dear Member,

My father was an EPF member, in which the nominee was my mother, and both have passed away. I am their son, 18 years old. Am I entitled to their PF and pension, and what documents should I submit to the PF office? Please help and provide a list of required documents.

Thank you.

Are you the only child of your parents? Do you have any other living siblings?

When did your dad pass away? Was he still in service or had he retired at the time of his death? Were they receiving a pension while they were alive? Do you have their pension payment and family pension orders? Was your mother receiving family pension when she passed away?

When did your dad and mom pass away?

Who is the nominee of the bank account linked to their pension payments?

Can you find out and confirm if your name was included in the list of members submitted by your dad?

He resigned from his position after his death.

What is this, Sarvesh bhai?

You said, "he was in service, resigned after he died." What should I understand from this? Isn't it that he was working in service, then resigned, and later passed away? If yes, you have to answer my other queries as well.
