Pay cut - Can we mention this deduction is because of COVID 19 in salary slip?

Dear All, we are small company in India. As there is no billing in April and May, we reduced salary for some of our staff.
Can we mention this deduction is because of COVID 19 in salary slip? Kindly advise. Thank you.

Instead of deduction due to Covid-19, you can mention Leave without pay (LOP) in salary slip.
