Mail to employees that they need to join office after getting the permission post COVID 19

Hi all, I need to know how should i send mail to employees that they need to join office as we are planning to open up the office.

Actually I required a email format to send employees motivational email to come on time since pandemic is over and everything is come back to square.

Both of these are simple emails.

Tell them what you told us. Simple as that. You're not writing a Booker Prize winning novel, it's just an email.

If you cannot draft simple emails, then maybe HR - which requires communication skills, is not the career for you.
