"Economic Re-Organisation and exigency of Business" - need to prove the reason for retrenchment through documentary evidence?

Sir, We have retrenched 4 WM. All procedure as per 25F of ID act strictly followed. First Cum First Go principle adapted. The reason for retrenchment was "Economic Re-Organisation and exigency of Business". The Labour court has set aside the retrenchment award.
I want to know if we need to prove the reason for retrenchment through documentary evidence ??

The rule has to be adapted in case of retrenchment is "last come first go" not as you have adapted.

What are the grounds on which the Retrenchment has been set aside?
Anyhow, "Economic Re-Organisation and exigency of Business" is too vague and bald to constitute a succinct ground, unless supported by proper pleading in the proceeding before the Labour Court.
