I need to issue an offer letter to an employee who works in both of our organizations owned by us. So, my doubt here is, will one offer letter suffice, or will two different offer letters be required?
Please keep one organization as the base and issue the offer/appointment letter from that organization's letterhead. This will be convenient for the purpose of attendance, salary processing, statutory deductions, etc. The employee may continue to offer his service to other organizations as well, which can be considered as deputation service.
