Hi connections,

PMS specially for trading & Distribution company. Now I have development talk which is just a format to complete every start of the year. Wants to focus on areas of improvement. To make each of the employee result oriented. Along with organization growth wants to give exposure to employees career growth as well.
Which type of system can develop this form of PMS for more sales orientated company.
