Date of Exit in previous company is Greater That Date of joining in Current company!!! Unable to transfer money?

Hi all,

The date of exit from the previous company is later than the date of joining the current company.
Date of exit: 15.11.2018 (Previous company)
Date of joining: 02.11.2018 (Current company)

I am unable to transfer money from my old ID to the new one. Please see the attached document as well.
Kindly provide your suggestions.

Hi,

There is a form called "Joint Name Change Correction Form." Kindly fill it out and have it signed by your previous employer. Afterward, submit it to the PF office. The PF official will correct it. The form is attached.

Thank you for the reply. We requested the employer for this before, but they were not willing to sign or change the date of exit. Could you suggest any other ways to deal with this situation?

Submit Transfer Claim Form-13 manually with signatures from your present employer and previous employer to your present PF office. Online transfer cannot take place. The alternative is manual transfer.
