In a case of tubectomy death case team CMO,SURGEON,OT STAFF AND SUPERVISOR four members enquiry done by dt team,govt appointed enquiry by retired justice, enquiry report submitted to disciplinary authority mentioning all r Non guilty, govt under secretery to hfw issued order 2increment for cmo, 5 increment for surgeon with cumulative effect, dismissal of OT staff, one increment for supervisor without cumulative effect held up.
Appeal benefits to whom to appeal/if surgeon wants VRS, what loss will be having as he got order of 5 INCREMENTS held up with cumulative effect can he take voluntary resignation?
