Discrepancies in PF Challan and wage sheet - How can we rectify the issue?

Hi All, In my company there were PF filing discrepancies in Challan and wage sheet.
Case-I:In wage sheet as per act pf amount been deducted but in return they paid less amount for some around 15 employees in apr and may month-2019. How can we rectify the issue please guide me.
Case-II: Because id proof issue pf not file since 6months from the employee DOJ. Kindly suggest

Sol: you should pay Arrears for those employees.
Case-II: Because id proof issue pf not file since 6months from the employee DOJ. Kindly suggest
Sol: Contact consult EPF office they will help you to generate UAN for those with proof of documents.
