Statutory in project stage - new company located in Andhra Pradesh under APIIC

Dear Seniors/Colleagues, Recently I have joined a new company and it is located in Andhra Pradesh under APIIC. It is in project stage. Management has given a contract to the contract for construction of boundary wall and the time limit is 3 months.
Here my doubts are
1. Which acts will be applicable at this point of time.
2. As a Principal Employer what are the statutory requirements that the company need to take care.
3. As a contractor what are the statutory requirements that the contractor need to take care.
4.As the number of workmen are more than 20 we need to cover them under ESIC and PF.
