I left my job on 15-09-2017. Can I receive my Full and Final settlement (FNF) now, and will the company give me my FNF money after 2 years? I worked there for almost 4 years.
You have the right to claim your full and final settlement, but it is not clear why you have not collected your full and final settlement even after a lapse of 2 years. If you were properly relieved, you can claim the FFS.
