Hello, How to write Notice on Public Holidays to employees?

Consolidated holidays of October only of first two weeks.
Example : I want to include Oct 2nd and Oct 7th and 8th holidays in one Notice.
Could you help me with this?

You need to call it as combined holidays not as consolidated holidays.
