Dear friend,
Before joining a company, a job candidate is given an offer letter. In the offer letter, generally, a salary breakup is given. Whether to accept the offer letter or not is a candidate's call. Were you given offer letter and if yes, then was the salary mentioned?
Even before the issue of the offer letter, generally, candidates are asked about the salary expectations during the interview. Did any salary negotiation take place during the interview?
If the salary was low and if you have denied the job then it has nothing to do with not getting calls from the recruiters. It is just a coincidence. As far as Naukri is concerned, it is a job portal and their services are independent of the one-time transaction that took place between a job candidate and a needy company.
There could be few other reasons as to why you are not getting a call for the job interview. You may check your CV and find out whether it is attractive enough to catch the attention of the recruiters. Secondly, have you mentioned the achievements properly in your CV? That is also important.
Thanks,
