Dear friend,
Before joining a company, a job candidate is given an offer letter. In the offer letter, generally, a salary breakup is provided. Whether to accept the offer letter or not is a candidate's decision. Were you given an offer letter, and if so, was the salary mentioned?
Even before the issuance of the offer letter, candidates are usually asked about their salary expectations during the interview. Did any salary negotiation take place during the interview?
If the salary offered was low and you declined the job, it has no bearing on not receiving calls from recruiters. It is merely a coincidence. Regarding Naukri, it is a job portal, and its services are independent of the one-time transaction between a job candidate and a company in need.
There could be other reasons why you are not receiving calls for job interviews. You may want to review your CV to see if it is compelling enough to grab the recruiters' attention. Additionally, have you properly highlighted your achievements in your CV? This is also crucial.
Thanks,
