Hi,
Five Companies in 7 years is not a good sign. Obviously question on stability is posed to you which is very much right. What justification you have for change of 5 companies in seven years span ? Better offer/lack of job satisfaction /work environment what ever you may share it will be tough to convince future employer. Hence forth please ensure you stick to one Company minimum for 5 years provided you witness career growth. By change of job frequently you will loose your credibility. Now that happened in happened you may share the actual reason for exit and give assurance to the future prospective employer that you will stick on for long years as want to settle in life etc.

Dear colleague,
You will appreciate that changing job with short stints and frequency badly reflects on the person's ability to make worthwhile contribution.
You may have perhaps valid reasons to leave jobs but it is time for you to look within and find out what is the best fit for you where you can stay longer and do work with passion.
Once you figure this out clearly as to what are your anchor points, be candid with your new possible employer in stating true reasons for leaving and express your sincere desire to work longer enough to leave a stamp of your work behind.
Please refrain from the temptation of giving wishy washy reasons for quitting past jobs and come out clean.
This approach perhaps may take you far on the path of successful future career.

Hi,
We have to choose a better employment but not frequently. Being qualified, a person will have adequate theoretical knowledge. Practical knowledge is a little bit different phase of life where in one can not have 100% implementation based on theories what he/she learnt. But practical knowledge and theoretical knowledge, both have to run parallel like railway lines to run trains (day to day life).
Therefore it is a crucial period to learn and transform theory to practical wherein you need to remain with your first employer for a minimum of 5 years which may be rigorous but for fine tuning your career only. One has to cast away temptations like salary hike, promotions within a short time which makes a person in general to hop to new avenues within short intervals.
Any way you have 7 years of practical learning which should be worth to assess yourself to have a better foresight & vision with your upcoming employer. Be loyal, dedicate and love your employment with your forthcoming employer who is going to offer a nice job for you. Try to bestow longer years with them. You have a long way to run with lot of principles and learning.
All the best.
