Roles as an HR fresher - What are the fields that I can opt other than Recruitment?

What are the fields that I can opt other than Recruitment? Honorable seniors please help me out with the topics. & please guide how can i update my knowledge in this field.

If you are a beginner, I suggest you to go for internships at least at two different places first. This will add to your learning and growth in the field. Explore your interest in the sub categories of the field and then apply for jobs.

I am Hr Fresher. I had also decided to have internship for experience from the reputed company.Currently I am working as as Hr intern in a company since 6 month but haven't learnt nothing much from the company as no one is interested to teach us. What should I do please suggest me.
