Kind email format for Candidate who attended two interviews but put On-hold by the technical team

Please start writing your own email communications. Start practicing by writing simple letters/emails. Below is a simple template:

Dear Mr./Ms...

We thank you for your interest shown in joining __________________ (company name). Referring to your interview discussions with us on _______ & ______ (dates), please be informed that your profile is tentatively shortlisted. However, as our interview panel members are in the process of meeting more candidates, your profile is on hold. We will be able to make a decision after meeting all the candidates.

If you are selected, you will receive a confirmation email from us. Once again, we thank you for your interest in joining us.

Dear Colleague,

Since there is uncertainty about the decision, I don't see any need to send any communication at this stage.
