Online work has already been completed. I met with the Apprentice officials, and they informed me that we are required to pay a stipend to the apprentice trainee, which should be 90% of the minimum wage for semi-skilled workers as notified by the respective state (Telangana). My management is now asking me for the necessary Government Order regarding the minimum wages in order to finalize the stipend at the company's end.
