This ECR is containing PMRPY benefit and you are making payment after 15th. Please cancel this ECR and re-upload it again.

Dear All,

We uploaded the ECR with PMRPY Benefit in the first week of March 2019. However, due to a fund issue, the payment could not be remitted at that time. Now, while making the payment, we are receiving the message "This ECR contains PMRPY benefit and you are making the payment after the 15th. Please cancel this ECR and re-upload it again." Upon uploading a fresh ECR, it does not account for the PMRPY Benefit.

Please suggest.

PMRPY is just a compliance incentive. If payment is made after the due date, the incentive is not available.
