Gujarat State Bonus payment - How to add Bonus and Leave to worker pay. What is the basis of calculation?

Dear Sir, Our company did work in Gujarat State at refinery plant from August-2018 to January-2019, Now HR is asking to submit Leave pay and Bonus pay.
Kindly suggest me. How to add Bonus and Leave to worker pay. What is the basis of calculation of Bonus pay and leave pay.

Dear Mr Pradeep Sharma,
Legally you have to make both payments as per respective Acts ( The Payment of Bonus Act and The Factories Act).
