Gujarat State Bonus payment - How to add Bonus and Leave to worker pay. What is the basis of calculation?

Dear Sir,

Our company worked in Gujarat State at a refinery plant from August 2018 to January 2019. Now, HR is requesting submission of leave pay and bonus pay.

Kindly advise me on how to incorporate bonus and leave into worker pay. What is the basis for calculating bonus pay and leave pay?

Legally, you have to make both payments as per the respective Acts (The Payment of Bonus Act and The Factories Act).
