Pf settled but returned - can apply for same but if its not reflecting in passbook how can i apply again?

I had applied online for PF, but my bank account details were incorrect, so the amount was settled and returned. However, it is not reflecting in my passbook. Can I reapply for the same? If the transaction is not showing in my passbook, how can I apply again? Please advise.

If the claim amount is returned, please submit the A.S.R. form (Attached).
