Please suggest me how many women applicable limit in an establishment under the saxual Harassment Act 2013.
What is the Minimum requirement of women in internal committee in saxual Harassment Act 2013.

Internal Committee constituted under Section-4 shall consisit of Four (4) Persons namely
1. One Presiding Officer who shall be a Woman-Employee at a Senior Level (hierarchy); and
2. Two Employees of the Esta with attributes narrated in the Act of 2013; and
3. One Non-Employee Outsider who is Fully Well-versed with Sexual Harassment Issues at
Workplace
With the Provision that at east 50% of the IC Members to be Nominated are Women.
