I have received a job offer from the UAE, and they are asking me to join within a month. However, I don't have a buyout option with my current company, and I\'m required to serve a 2-month notice period. Recently, they even extended this notice period to 3 months. I\'m contemplating on providing a 1-month notice and then continuing to work remotely from the UAE for my current company for the remaining 1 or 2 months, as needed.
According to my current employment agreement, I may terminate my employment with at least sixty (60) days\' prior written notice (the 'Employee Notice Period') to the company. Upon my termination under this section, the company may, in its sole discretion and at any time during the Employee Notice Period, accept my resignation and terminate my employment before the completion of the notice period. It is also mentioned that I may not take any vacations during the Notice Period without the company\'s prior consent.
I am looking for the best way to proceed under these circumstances.
