It's customary in many cos to obtain a Bond prescribing certain restrictions on a/c. of training-both in India & abroad. At the same time there is no such restrictions when the employees are sent abroad on job for few years. After this stint they'll be repatriated. As they are there for a shorter periods on work visas that too on jobs familiar to here. In these cases no agreement or bond would be necessary. However Non Disclosure Agreement (NDA) is insisted for all invariably, especially by MNCs. When the employees are imparted specialised training and sent abroad for training & devt., yes a bond is usually insisted upon.
