Atually I got email from HRcite they have mentioned that you can take the printout of certificate but how? I dont know how to get it? please help me. I want that certificate.

Well, after you login to citehr, go to 'My Profile'. There is a link given for printing you certificate.
Let me know if it worked or you faced any problems.

The point system has been discontinued and rating system has been in place for more than a week now.
So it must have nothing to do with your points. Your membership status - New Cite HR memer may have something to do with it. (One needs to have 50 posts to become regular member. Or I should say upto 50 posts your status will remain 'New Cite HR member.)
But I dont think there should be any problem with it. You just keep on trying and it will be done.
As you have also written to the moderator, there will surely be a response from them.

to get the print of the certificate, your posts in this forum should be 50 and more, then you can print that HR cite certificate.

After you login to citehr with your ID, go to 'My Profile'. and in Member Rank, there is a link given for printing you HR certificate. If you have post morethan 50 posts in CiteHr.com than only youi can print this certificate.

To make them 50 . I have noticed lots of
people have had irrelevant communications .
I guess I will have to wait .
