I am a central govt. (PSU) employee in Delhi. I resigned to my central govt job based on my personal reasons. In my appointment order they have mentioned:
1. I have to pay one month salary or one month notice period for resignation
I applied for an exam after joining central govt (PSU) at the time of application the online application did not take my experience as it was only few months so i had to apply as a non-employee candidate without proper channel and attended the interview and got selected in a new govt job without taking NOC . i gave resignation on my personal reasons with one months notice period. But the resignation has not accepted (some how they got to know about my new job) one month notice period which i gave is over and there is no response from HR they didn't accept or reject my resignation what to do? they did not give anything in writing? Now if i join in new job without getting the acceptance of resignation from the previous employer as the new employer did not ask any relieving letter.
In this case if i cannot get relieving letter from the previous employer, what are the consequences i have to face from the new employer and old employer.
*If i had not followed rules of proper channel then the PSU i am working is also not following as they didnt accept or reject with a reason within a month. literally i don't want to work here (PSU) what to do?
