Security person went away after duty closing before charge handover to next person

I am working as a hr executive in a manufacturing industry. i have a question regarding Security service. A security person went away after duty closing before charge handover to next person due to their agency issue. And they framing a gang no one is in duty around completely One day in a seat.
In This situation what i have to do? How to solve?

First of all its not your matter its agency matter. So, call the agency person and talk about the matter and tell them solve whatever the matter they or either your company change the security agency.

Yes Sir, That Same thing i did. right know i haven't source for that place. No one is give a proper response from their end. Total inward and outward entries are missing. raising lot of questions from my management side. so i need an immediate alternative idea upto place the other agency.
