Business Ideas in Human development - Will HR people accept such type of third part services for their employees?

This idea has been on my mind for a long time, and now I am going to take action. But before that, I am looking for valuable suggestions from CITE HR members.

I am planning to start a subscription-based service for employees. The service will include offering career as well as personal development products such as books, gifts, magazines, etc., to employees. I am going to charge annually for these services.

Please share your views on this:
- Will HR professionals accept such third-party services for their employees?
- Are there any income tax implications for the annual subscription?
- Is this idea worth trying for business purposes?

Just designed service packages ranging from $12,000 to $36,000 per annum.
