Dear All,

We have an employee who initially said that he is not well, and suddenly one day, he sent a resignation letter. Is there any letter format to send him?

Regards,

Please clarify the position regarding the dues payable by him/you. At any rate, ask him to submit the 'No Dues Certificate' from all concerned before the resignation is processed for acceptance.

Dear Nayana,

You may send an official letter to ask her to come for clearance and complete the exit formalities. He/she must not report for clearance due to the notice pay that needs to be paid. If he/she does, please send two more reminders for clearance. If the employee does not respond even after the third reminder, consider the employee as absconding unless no letter or acceptance of resignation is issued from the organization.

Dear Miss Nayana,

You need to correspond with the employee in writing at their last known address regarding the acceptance of resignation as per the terms and conditions of the appointment letter. Please ensure the completion of other formalities immediately.

Thank you.
