UAN Portal - What we can do if employee lost his registered contact number?

Good Evening All,
Can anyone clear me below two points of UAN Portal.
1. What we can do if employee lost his registered contact number?
2. If we process to reset password through KYC documents and get some errors like; (your details are not matching with the available data) So in this case, what we can do?
3. Details are updated wrong by employer not employee can not change by own self so what should we do?

since 2015 June the guidelines have been issued to link aadhaar with UAN and keep KYC and nomination updated, if the employer did not help the employee could update the date through member portal and upload documents
try with you aadhaar no , or explain what the exact error is , it needs to get fixed by a joint declaration physical submission only,
